Change of Mind
We do not offer exchange or refunds where you have changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
Health and safety regulations prohibit any item that may have come into direct bodily contact CANNOT being returned.
Health Canada does not permit the exchange of a used pillow.
We recommend you carefully review any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with you order.
Replacement or Exchange
You are entitled to a full replacement or exchange including shipping costs if:
- the goods are faulty
- the goods are different to the product you purchased on the website
- the goods were damaged in transit
The pillow that you return to us must be:
- Returned within 14 days of dispatch
- Returned with a copy of your tax invoice
- Please contact us with details of damage or fault
- Be sure to quote your invoice number and we will arrange a replacement
How Do I Return My Order?

Your Ultimate Mum Pillow comes with a full 6 month warranty, extended to 12 months if you register your product.

We currently ship our products to Canadian destinations only. If you require international shipments please contact us directly.
Our Standard Shipping can take 3 - 10 days depending where you live in Canada.
If you prefer 3 days guaranteed delivery please choose the express shipping option when placing your on line order.
Out of Stock Items
If part of an order is out of stock or for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 working days with an expected back in stock date and we will proceed with your order as directed. If you have questions about our delivery policy please contact us.
